Review Hearing was meant to take place 16.11. Section 21 is supposedly meant to be being handled by solicitors..... Almost 3 weeks following the `review hearing` the following message was received when chasing solicitors for the out come of the review hearing ;

<<The Court has advised that the possession hearing has not yet been listed because they did not receive the review hearing bundle. The reason for this appears to be that our IT system did not update to record the deadline for filing the bundle as it is supposed to. We are carrying out an urgent review into the scanning of post across the firm together with our IT system which should diarise relevant dates from that post.

The bundle has now been filed and the Court have advised that the matter will now go before a judge who will list the hearing. I will let you know as soon as the Court has confirmed the hearing date. Given the current backlog of cases, the fact that the courts will be closed over the Christmas period and all evictions are currently stayed until 11 January 2021, I do not think this will materially delay matters beyond the current delays in the Court system >>

What recourse if any do I have ? to address such sloppy (I`m moderating my language) conduct ? Probably lost 2 months of arrears just over this and I`m still struggling to find the words ` We apologize`..... and I thought my battle was with the tenants who haven`t paid their rent for 12 months now !

Grateful as usual for advice.
thx
