I am currently looking for new tenants via my estate agent. They are referencing a couple, one has well paid job, she is a dental nurse and her partner is a computer technician. He currently has an IVA of 5 years of which there is one year remaining. I have not seen references yet as they have not come back yet.
Is there anything I need to be aware off? Obviously, providing he can pay rent and his current salary and does he have anymore debts. Agents don't always seem clued up on these matters. I feel everybody deserves a chance, nobody is perfect.
