Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Review hearing complete.....judge saying it will go to substative hearing 30min by phone in future date.

Tenant has complained of damp issues....never mentioned before...tenant says she is willing to move out but cant find a house atm.

I have tried to inspect proprty....tenant denying access. Have wrote 4 letters requiring access....denied each time or ignored ...and now saying damp has caused some health issues.

No damp and tenant happy at last inspection...forms signed and completed with pics taken. Not long after s21 served non payment of rent for few months.

Anyone has experience of this before....accelerated posession claim s21....tenant has not disputed anything else e.g prescribed information epc etc etc

Judge has said s21 served correctly in essence.....and tenant should contact solicitors about repair issues

Can tenant at a later date make up more fairytale stories e.g prescribed info not being recieved e.g epc etc?

House us up for sale need to evit before i will get a buyer.
