Hi All - New to the forum. Does anyone here have any cover against malicious damage? I am approaching a point where I may need to give a section 8 to a tenant who I have a deteriorating relationship with and I am concerned about what state he will leave the flat in. Has anyone else taken out this type of cover and, similarly, is it even possible given the escalated situation?
