Hello, I'm an HMO landlord with new tenants, and have the first quarterly property inspection due in 3 weeks. How are other HMO landlords doing their inspections? Are you arranging with tenants to enter the property and do it as normal, or via video call or other way? I'm in Tier 2 currently.
