Hi there, I'm just buying a property which has an outdoor brick shed with asbestos roof. It's also a 70s built house with a high likelihood that the ceiling coating is an asbestos based artex. Does anyone know if there is any standard information I need to give my future tenants about this? Thanks in advance.
