Hi.My tenant has smashed the glass door on the integrated oven. She is saying to me that she wants a new cooker. I know i am responsible if there is a fault but am i still responsible if the tenant has caused the damage.
I am thinking of offering to take out the oven and hob and cutting back the worktop so she can supply her own stand alone cooker or offer half to the cost of a new integrated oven but state that it then becomes her responsibility
