Hi we have long term tenants in all of our properties. All started on ASTs which changed to periodic once the initial 6 month term was over. The shortest tenancy is about 3 years. How long can the tenancies run under this arrangement and do we have to issue new guidance as it comes available. IE the new right to rent guide. Should we also do anything with the deposits protected by the TDS originally (they were changed to periodic once the 6 months term was served)
