Managing agent fees

Hello
I own a flat purchased from builders some years ago as new(which I let out) in a block which is managed by managing agents.
Are the agents allowed to charge me an admin fee.
I am aware that as a landlord I cannot charge a tenant fees, are the managing agents allowed to charge me fees.
