Selling up - Conveyancing companies V solicitors?

I am selling one of my BTL's and I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice about the advantages/disadvantages of using a specialist Conveyancing Company rather than a standard Solicitor?

I am in the process of obtaining quotes at the moment and there doesn't appear to be much difference in their fees. (although the do vary quite a lot from firm to firm).

My (cash) buyers are investors so want the sale to complete before 31st march.
