There are 3 flats and mine is on the top floor (tenanted) Advice from trusted sources indicates the roof
is coming to the end of its life. The other lessees are not keen to spend anything on the building unless they have to. So its sort of 2 against one.
If tenants eventually complain about the roof and the others refuse to help. what happens?
Could the Council force them to contribute? Thus far I have always gone along with the others
if they have needed access/repairs etc
