After having been a private landlord in London ( Islington) for 6 years, the borough is now introducing HMO licensing for all shared properties. Having never applied before I am finding it all a bit daunting. As I understand it the first costs in the application process are merely for the initial application and are non-refundable. I really don't want to have my application chucked out for something I don't know about or can fix easily. Is there a company that does assessments for HMO applications?
