A tenant of mine has just called me to make me aware the lock on the front door is broken, so he called out a locksmith to open and replace the lock. He called me to say he will be passing me on the bill, I told him this is not my responsibility and first I have heard of any faulty lock. Surely this is tenants responsibility?
