Show new tenants round the property?

One tenant out of 4 is leaving a 4 bed HMO, each are on room only ASTs. All good tenants and I have good relationship with them.

They're happy to show potential new tenants round as I'm out of the area at the moment. We're in Tier 3 but maybe soon to tier 4.

Sorry if this has been asked recently but if careful Covid safety measures are applied, am I ok to let this happen??
