Hi,

I recall reading (I thought on NRLA website) about a flow chart to help with guidance/processes for selling property with tenants in situ. I don't want to evict prior, I want to sell the investment retaining the tenants as its value is based on it being a HMO. I understand there will be old/new landlord obligations and notices. Anyone know where I can locate such guidance? I've searched all threads going back weeks but can't find what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance.
