Hi. I'm looking to understand how landlord's manage a larger portfolio of properties (more than three) go about lettings? In particular:

Do you use a particular software to manage all your tenants? Or use a lettings agency?
Does managing more than three properties take up a lot of time?
Are there any particular issues faced by landlords with a larger portfolio?

Thank you
