End of tenancy Checklist

My tenants have given notice that they wish to end their tenancy and intend to vacate the property on 18th January 2021.

I have accepted their notice in writing and have requested that they meet me at the property on 18th January 2021 to sign a Deed of Surrender and to return all keys.
I have also advised them I will carry out a final inspection and take final meter readings.

Is there anything else I need to do? I have not been able to find an 'end of Tenancy checklist' in the resources section, does such a thing exist?
