I have been attempting your e learning course for rent smart wales licence holders, but have found it too difficult to complete. I checked my registration and it seems my licence is due for renewal in 2023 and my registration in May this year. Do I need to have completed another course to renew my registration or my licence or is the course I completed in 2016 enough?
I have already spent seven hours on your e learning course and it is still less than half completed and I cannot spend any more time attempting it. The face to face course I visited was much more comprehendible so if I need another course it would have to be live. Is it possible to refund the fee for the e course?
