Hi I recently raised the rent to local standard and a month later issued a Sec 21. the two are not connected. he has had it so good for too long. he now says he cannot pay the extra rent but has accepted the Sec 21. am I wasting my time in purueing the extra rent (4mths to go) or yes issue new form and go for it?
