Costs claimable for self-representation under a possession claim?
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am preparing the bundle for a Judge's Review ahead of a possession Hearing under Section 8 where my tenant is up to 11 month arrears. I am self- representing. Am I correct in my understanding that I can claim costs for my time at rate of £19 per hour if I am not drawing on/incurring legal costs for this? (I should note that I doubt I shall ever receive this or the 11 month's rent arrears but I would just like to understand the rules and what is possible.)
