Money claim against a fraudulent tenant

Hi All, I am issuing a money claim against my 2 tenants who are well behind on his rent (I have also issued a section 21 to get gain possession - a section 8 was considered but that's a separate consideration).

When the issue started I gave them a short term discount on the rent as I was told one of the tenants wasn't working. I have since found out that this is a lie.

Am i able to withdraw this offer and claim the full amount or is it the case that now it has been offered I need to honour it?
