I have a mid terrace house with a basement and loft room so 3 storeys and a cellar. All is original and the loft room is up a very steep flight of stairs so not advertised as a bedroom. The cellar has a door to the outside at the rear and the cellar is accessed from the kitchen. The lounge is a through lounge dining with the kitchen to the rear of the property and there are no doors on the ground floor except The hallway opens into the lounge through a door or goes straight upstairs and all bedrooms and loft stairs have doors off the landing. Are fire doors required to let to a single family? Thanks
