I want to accept offer on my buy to let property. Tenant has been with us 2 years and her short hold assured tenancy finishes on 31st March.Tenant said she can’t afford to move out to somewhere else. Can she go to local council on this date and be rehoused because I’m selling the house or do I have to serve section 21 and go through courts to evict her please ?
