We have a Semi detached rental house in Essex and our neighbour has advised us that the soffits have asbestos in them and that they need replaced. Plus a few other roofing items being facias and guttering on their side. Are we jointly responsible for all roof maintenance for the property? I cannot find the Title Deeds at this time. Thanks for your reply
