I have Cover with British Gas -Home Care cover level 4 for several years. Their Service has deteriorated. They take months before they attend . Workmanship is poor. I attend Calling other tradesmen to finish the work. The Cover costs more than £1000 per annum. Can members suggest some other Companies for similar service in the London region. Thanks
