Hello
I let out a small house very straightforward water system with combinboiler. I know because I installed it when I lived there. I paid for the last legionella risk assessment but am going to do my own this year. Is there a general advice sheet i can give them about legionnaires ? Do I need to give them one? I recall there used to be one. It is a low risk property. (I have the forms form this website thanks, very useful. )
