I was wondering what the rules are now regarding letting agents and their fees when a tenant wants to continue their current contract. Do letting agents still charge their usual 12.5%? The current agents also do the tax calculations for the property as I am classed as an overseas landlord. Is this something that affects re-letting the property?

I currently want to continue to rent to the current tenants but unsure if I have to now pay the agent further letting fees.
