The TDS have specified I need a solicitor to sign the return deposit form.
I don't have a solicitor.
My questions are:
1) Onaverage how much will this cost?
2) Do you have a list of recommended solicitors, or where do I find one?
3) Given we are in lockdown, are there delays/issues in obtaining witness signatures?
