Our tenants have finally left, They owe 10 months rent and have left damaged doors and a broken window. I am getting quotes for these last two items (nothing for cleaning what looks like a squat as its a job for us during lockdown) and also Court fees. My query is how long do I have before I tell DPS that we are claiming all the deposit? I do not want to start the process and then find that I have to send the details of the claim immediately, but do not want to miss any deadline. Stay safe. Thank you.
