Hi all.
A tenant left my property in May last year and left a certain amount of damage, including a broken/removed window, (currenty boarded up) and two broken panes of glass in both front door and back door. ( also currently boarded up). The property is managed as I live 4 hours drive away. I asked them to get the walls and ceiling painted, new carpets and fix the windows. In November I was told this was all complete and was provided with a video to show this. However, I didn't realise but the video didn't show that the windows were all still boarded and I paid the full amount. They still haven't had the windows done and I want to leave them anyway. How likely is it that i'll be able to get a refund for the work not done!? Has anyone else been in this situation?
Many thanks
