Hi. I am having some issues with a former tenant and a CCJ that I put against them ans was wondering if you could give me some advice or point me towards someone who could advise me further?

I received my Judgment for Claimant (in default) which I thought was great news.

The difficulty I am facing is that I received an email stating the claim form was unserved (I guess as the tenant has moved out and not left a forwarding address since I made my claim?).

All I think I know is the address of his employer. Would you suggest I spend another %C2£100 filling in the N244 application and try to serve the claim form with his employer?
