So after several weeks of trying to find an installer for external insulation I finally managed to get the necessary quotes (the only installers I could find were either National companies or people who wouldn't work outside of their post code area!) I've applied for the 'Green Homes Grant' on my property. Now been waiting for a reply since the first week of January.
Is this delay common? What is other LL's experience?

Other item I found when applying was that you applied for both the primary benefit and the secondary on the same form.
