We have a property that was extensively renovated three years ago. The whole house electrical installation was completely replaced and we hold the Domestic Electrical Installation Certificate (DCE1C/...... document dated 01/03/2018) which proves its safety.
The present tenants will be moving on at the end of March. Do I now need to get an Electrical Installation Condition Report (DPM18C/.... document) done in order to let the property legally?
