Hi! I generated a S21 with mudhut.com that I have been using for documents. Sent electronically and was generated for the end date of an AST for a tenant. They have disputed saying they have to have six month's notice. I queried mudhut and am waiting for a reply so though I would also ask yourselves? It is my property and I am aware now common law exists surely that is plenty of notice? - Issued about a week ago for end date of his tenancy in May?
