Giving tenants notice to leave
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Due to Covid I understand we have too give 6 months notice to our tenants via a sect 21, but I'm sure I have read somewhere that if its required for family use by ourselves we only need to give 3 months ...is this correct? Our situation is that we have a house with annex and we now require it back for family reasons etc
