Can LL Claim for Reasonble Costs from TDS after Early Termination from Fixed Term

Hi, has anyone successfully claimed reasonable costs from TDS after tenants giving early notice in a fixed term agreement? In this case early means 7 months into a 12 month fixed term. I have re-let the property quickly and will not claim for losses but agency costs to replace the tenant are a fair bit and it seems reasonable to claim back a proportion of these. Thanks in advance.
