Pursuit of additional charges arising whilst possession /evicton order is granted ?

Given that I cannot live in my own property due to the tenants refusing to leave whilst awaiting possession (Section 21 served) / eviction orders, can I also pursue the tenant who has paid no rent for 15 months for additional charges which I incur with having to rent a separate property ? If so how and when should these be pursued ?
