Hi. Wanting to ask if I can send all the prescribed documents for a new tenancy by email? I would make sure that they would reply by email comfirming that they have received and read all of the documents.
Also just checking the correct documents are as follows: Gas Safety Safety Certificate EPC The Right to Rent Booklet Details of the Deposit Protection Scheme EICR. I heard i should include my 'Buildings Insurance Policy' although this it is not a prescribed document . *PAT Report - not obligatory. Have I forgotten anything please? Thanks
