New tennant switching into existing tenancy

I have a property let to 3 tenants on an AST. One had to leave London recently due to loss of employment. The tenants have found a replacement to join the household at start of the next rental period. What do I need to do with respect to a) updating the AST with new name d) deposit (held with My Deposits) c) Anything else?
