To save repetition, and frankly my ringing a call centre - does anybody know the correct procedure for completing the census for a HMO? Ive one house, 5 separate tenancies, sharing communal areas. Im thinking one online form with access for all tenants via the issued code is a potential privacy issues there's questions about qualifications and religion etc and some may not be happy. Thanks
