Well what a can of worms! I am looking for an insurance policy that allows a hybrid property use, AST and occasional air B and B short term lets.
The huge apartment is in 2 sections and can have both uses simultaneously with total separation. Does anyone know Is there such a policy that allows stl up to the 140 day limit not requiring change of use?
Mist brokers are stuck in dicks days...sigh
