Good morning - setting up another AST for a group of 3 students, note that with the new version it says 'can be signed electronically' but can't work out how this is done, and if signed electronically or manually do I send out one to each tenant or can I work with one, have it returned by first tenant, send it to the second for their signature, etc? Thanks!
