Please can you help with a couple of questions regarding my rental property.
1. Will an EICR cover appliances such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine or do I have to get those PAT tested separately?
2. Is there a legal requirement to provide fire fighting equipment such as extinguishers and fire blankets?
