Hello. This is my first post after joining the NRLA a few days ago ends looking forward to interacting on the forum.

My long term tenants are moving on and the tenancy comes to an end tomorrow. I have looked on the resources section of the website but can't see any check list relating to the check-out day. Can anyone offer any advice please?

On my list I have:

- Checkout section of Inventory;

- Signing of tenancy early-termination agreement;

- Keys and alarm code handover;

- Final meter readings to record.

Are there any other must-haves for the list please?
