I have an enquiry for my flat, they mentioned that they would be happy to pay 6 months rent up front, am I allowed to accept this? Also, will there need to be certain stipulations in the contract that mentions this (i.e. can I just put that rent is due monthly as I usually would and if he pay me 6 months in 1 go then he's just done it ahead of schedule?)? I would be looking to do a 6 months which goes into a rolling contract thereafter so it would be good to have something that stipulates how payments should be scheduled after the 6 months expires and they go on rolling.
