Good Morning,

My letting agent infoms me that I need new electrical certicate with 100% check ( As per ARLA)

I have existing electrical certificate that is valid that was done in Sept 2018 and is due for renewal ( as I understand) after 5 years, unless there is a tenant change ( in which case it has to be done before tenant change).

I normally have an electrical test every three years.

Please advise.
