Dear all,
Just wanted to clarify if it is required to re send all the prescribed info, how to rent, deposit cert etc when an ast goes statutory.
I have tenancy which we were looking to renew but left it periodic.
However I re insured deposit from 6 weeks to 5 weeks with new term, refunded the balance, sent him the cert and received confirmation from him of the cert. But cannot for the life of me find any trace of the new signed prescribed info, how to rent or other docs or my checklist and am getting a little worried if I may of actually let this slip under the radar.

I have searched online and it says it is not required on some websites including an insurance company site.
Am I stressing for no reason? tenant has moved out and now requesting these docs again.
I have the initial checklist from the original and running ast, turned statutory periodic signed as received and a picture of the signed prescribed info.

thanks
