Apartment Management Company ( sluggish ) towards repair . Health and Safety issue : Tenants

I am experiencing 4 issues with 4 apartments . 2 apartment block management companies involved .
(1) water ingress into kitchen wall . Management company response : windows were fitted before they took over management & issue with structural wall brickwork they don’t get involved .
(2) water ingress : mould in bedroom wall. Management company really lackadaisical .
(3) Ceiling water drip : communal roof issue when it rains . Management company very slow , says internal damage is my responsibility . When it is clearly due to poor communal roof .
(4) Water ingress : UPVC windows fitted in block are not tight fit . Management company : slow & blaming my tenant for poor ventilation .

All 4 cases my apartments are getting damaged .
Service charges are all up to date .

Leasehold Advisory Service : waiting times 1 month plus

NRLA advise line : will not advise on these issues

My question : if damage to my apartment can I claim against management company / freeholders .

I have building insurance for houses but apartments is only service charge .

Has anybody been in this situation . How should I approach . Any thoughts will be gratefully received . 🙏
