Hi all, newbie here. Just got my first 6 bedroom hmo. Just wondering, is it a legal requirement I pay the electricity bill ? I have just had a shock and had to pay 5x what I thought I would pay. I understand that people sometimes assign one tenant to pay bills. Furthermore please can someone tell me if the tenants legally be on electricity company. Thanks .
