Hi, as the landlord of a 6 bedroom hmo do
I have to pay the electricity bill? Or can the tenants have it in their name ? I first thought I had to pay for all the bills, but my electricity bill is sky high and I don%E2%80%99t know how to limit it. I currently have a smart meter but it%E2%80%99s costing me 5x what I was told
